The ÄÛ²ÝÓ°Ôº GMC sponsorship scheme is for internationally qualified doctors (typically grade IMT3 and above) seeking short-term development opportunities in the NHS. It is a sister scheme of the ÄÛ²ÝÓ°Ôº Medical Training Initiative (MTI) and predominantly benefits doctors who do not require a (formerly Tier 5).
